Terms & Conditions

Using Our Website

1. About these terms
This page sets out the conditions for browsing rajindramechanicalworks.com, making enquiries and purchasing automotive spare parts from Rajindra Mechanical Works (“RMW”, “we” or “us”). “You” means the visitor or customer, including a business represented by an authorised person. Read these terms together with the product listing, Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy before ordering.

2. Acceptance and eligibility
Use the website only if you accept these conditions. Purchases must be made by a person legally able to enter a contract. Anyone ordering for a company or workshop must be authorised to do so. These conditions do not remove rights that applicable law gives to consumers.

3. Account security and information
Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information and update it when necessary. Protect your password and do not share access credentials. Tell RMW promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. We may ask for information reasonably needed to check an order or resolve an account problem.

4. Permitted use
Use the catalogue to research parts and place legitimate orders. Do not impersonate others, send abusive or unlawful material, make fraudulent purchases, harvest customer details or interfere with site security. Automated extraction, bulk copying and commercial republication require permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Website access
Maintenance, technical faults and external service interruptions may temporarily affect access. RMW may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or misuse. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and does not automatically cancel rights relating to an existing order.

Products & Orders

6. Product information and compatibility
Check the vehicle model, variant, year, part number, measurements and application before purchase. Similar-looking parts may have different specifications. Ask RMW for clarification when compatibility is uncertain; do not rely on a photograph alone. Vehicle names and reference numbers help identify an application and do not imply an affiliation with the vehicle manufacturer.

7. Photographs and technical guidance
Photos illustrate a product or range; finish, packaging and minor appearance may vary. Listing specifications and the confirmed order identify the item supplied. General technical content is informational. Installation and safety checks should be performed by a suitably qualified mechanic using appropriate tools.

8. Prices, stock and offers
Review the price, quantity, taxes and delivery charges shown before payment. Availability and promotional offers can change. If a stock shortage, specification discrepancy or pricing error affects an order, RMW will contact you to explain the available options. A replacement or changed price requires your agreement; otherwise cancellation and refund will be handled under the applicable policy and law.

9. Order confirmation and fulfilment
Keep the order confirmation and invoice for reference. Processing depends on stock, payment confirmation and accurate delivery information. We will communicate material issues that prevent fulfilment. Do not assume an enquiry, saved basket or quotation alone confirms dispatch.

10. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery dates depend on dispatch, destination and carrier conditions. Check the Shipping & Returns policy for the applicable arrangements. Give a complete address and reachable contact number. Report missing, damaged or incorrect goods promptly with your order reference and supporting details so the issue can be investigated.

11. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Requests are assessed under the Shipping & Returns policy and applicable law. Contact RMW before sending goods back. Keep the product, packaging and invoice available while a request is reviewed. Dispatch status may affect how a cancellation is handled; statutory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain available.

12. Warranty and bulk orders
Warranty coverage, where offered, is described in the listing or accompanying documentation. Ask RMW about the process for reporting a defect. For wholesale, workshop or bulk requirements, obtain a written quotation confirming quantities, specifications, pricing and delivery arrangements. Any additional agreed commercial conditions should be recorded in writing.

Rights, Privacy & Support

13. Intellectual property
RMW branding and original website material belong to RMW or their respective owners. Supplier and vehicle trademarks remain the property of their owners. Browsing or buying does not transfer ownership of these rights. Do not remove ownership notices or reuse protected images, text or branding commercially without permission.

14. Reviews and other submissions
Submit only material you have the right to share. Keep reviews relevant and truthful; do not include another person’s private details, unlawful content or misleading claims. RMW may moderate material that violates these conditions. Publication of a review does not mean that RMW endorses every statement in it.

15. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Order details may be needed for fulfilment, support and required records. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or one-time passwords through chat. We may contact you about an enquiry, order or complaint using the details you provide. Marketing choices should be managed separately from essential order communications.

16. External services
Payment, delivery and other external services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Review them where relevant. Links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee third-party content. This does not remove RMW’s responsibilities for purchases made from RMW.

17. Service information and responsibility
We aim to keep listings useful and accurate, but errors and temporary technical problems can occur. Notify us of a discrepancy before relying on it. Responsibility for a loss or product issue is determined by the circumstances, the agreed transaction and applicable law. Nothing in this draft excludes a liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Complaints and dispute handling
Contact Rajindra Mechanical Works through the Contact page or WhatsApp +91 81969 00797 with the order number, issue and requested resolution. Keep a record of the complaint and responses. If the matter remains unresolved, the parties may seek appropriate remedies through the competent courts or consumer authorities. Indian law applies. Any additional dispute arrangements require client confirmation before publication.

19. Updates and general conditions
Revised terms will be identified on this page and apply subject to law and existing order commitments. A provision found unenforceable does not invalidate the remaining provisions. Failure to enforce a provision once does not automatically waive it for the future. These website conditions, the applicable policies and any written order agreement should be read together.

Registered or principal business address: [CLIENT TO CONFIRM]

Payment Methods

Payment Methods

21. Authorised payment methods
Use the options offered at checkout or an offline payment method expressly confirmed by RMW for your order. Payments must be made using an instrument you are authorised to use. Check the recipient and final amount before confirming; do not send funds to an unverified personal account.

22. Payment security
Checkout payment providers process transactions under their own security arrangements and terms. RMW will not ask you to disclose your password, card PIN or one-time password in chat. Share only the transaction reference and information needed to investigate a payment issue.

23. Failed, pending or duplicate payments
If funds are debited without an order confirmation, contact RMW before attempting payment again. Provide the amount, date and transaction reference. A pending transaction may need checking with the payment provider or bank. Report a suspected duplicate charge promptly.

24. Refund processing
Approved refunds are handled according to the applicable order policy, payment method and legal requirements. RMW will communicate the refund status where available. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when the credit appears; this draft does not set an unconfirmed refund deadline.

25. Invoices and business purchases
Check the billing details before placing the order and supply any business invoice information requested at checkout. For bulk orders, follow the payment terms in the confirmed written quotation. Keep the invoice, order confirmation and payment receipt for support and reconciliation.
